My name is Bianca Alexander , Born and raised in Atlanta , Ga . I’m a Licensed Esthetician, specializing in facials, body treatments, waxing and teeth whitening. I received my esthetics education at International School of Skincare, Nail care, and massage therapy. I am currently a Dental Assistant of 12 years as well. My passion for skin care came about when I start to suffer from body and facial eczema during my transition from teen through becoming an adult . During that time I came up with my own skin care routine for my skin care needs then BOOM I had my skin under control . With that being said I have a strong passion for skincare and not to mention I’m very knowledgeable about products and what works best for your skin care needs. Cancellation Policy

Booking/Cancelation Policy Once you have booked your appointment a deposit of $25 MUST be sent via Zelle( Bianca Alexander) or Apply pay(470-646-0460) before your appointment is approved . I however do not require a card on file to book your appointment due to clients comfortability. If you fail to send your deposit after you have booked your appointment I will cancel your appointment within 24hours of receiving your request . Deposits: Are non refundable & only transferable 1 time IF the scheduled appointment is changed more than 72 hours beforehand. Please give 24 hours notice if you may need to cancel or reschedule to avoid 50% of your entire service fee being charged ! More than 2 no call no shows will be terminated from booking ! I apologize but I value my faithful clients and my time ! I know emergencies happen ! However, SAME DAY cancelations and no call no shows will result in 50% of the scheduled service being charged. Please contact me within a 24 hour time frame about any situations or concern you may have so that I can make an exception. Please contact me and we will discuss if a fee will apply. Late policy There are a 15 min grace period . If you are 15 or more minutes late for your service, your appointment will be canceled . A charge of 50% of your scheduled service may apply before allowing you to reschedule. MINOR(TEENS) TEENS are accepted ! However, a teen will need to be accompanied with an adult before service can be provided ! No exceptions ! RETIN-A/RETINOL USERS: Must be OFF retinol: 7 days prior to a Facial skin service 14 days prior to a Chemical Peel Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule.
